Hired on May 2000. Involved in many industrial projects aiming the production of a recombinant protein from the propagation of the microorganism up to the purification as well at lab scale as at pilot scale.

• Host strains: Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Pichia pastoris, E. coli, Lactococcus lactis.
• Fermentation from 2 to 200L (batch / fed-batch, inducible systems)
• Fixed and expanded bed chromatography, ion exchange, hydrophobic interaction or affinity chromatography (IMAC) from 1ml (Aktä) up to 70L resin.
• Pilot control unit (K-Prime)
• Ultrafiltration/diafiltration
• Protein analysis by electrophoresis, colorimetry, turbidimetry and HPLC, Western blot, ELISA.
