Bacteria and yeasts are involved in many bioprocesses related to the agri-food, environmental, or health sectors. The propagation of microorganisms at high cell density ensures the successful use of them in bioprocesses. Our laboratory facilities allow for the development of culture as well as scale-up in bioreactors up to 200 liters. Stabilization by drying and the formulation of microorganisms complement propagation to ensure better preservation of strains. Drying techniques can also be applied to other biological products such as proteins or extracts.
